The post-election House breakdown is:
  • Republicans: 232 (+3)
  • Democrats: 202 (-3)
  • Independents: 1

The final breakdown of the House is 232-202-1. Republicans gained three seats from the previous Congress, which had a 229-205-1 Republican margin.
