Democrats Win In Virginia, New Jersey; Bloomberg Rolls
Democrats emerged victorious in Tuesday's off-year elections, holding onto the governorships in New Jersey and Virginia. In New York City, however, Michael Bloomberg (R) scored a record-breaking win over Democrat Fernando Ferrer.
